Discover the Magic of Morning Time

Sharing is caring!

Are you a morning person or are you striving to be one? You’ve probably heard that you “should” be a morning person, but who cares about shoulds? The morning is the best time of day and being a morning person is worth the trade off of a bit more sleep. Now is the time to discover the magic of morning time!

In the morning the vibration of the earth is calm, still, and peaceful. People haven’t yet started their day, so this tranquil energy can help you program your mind and work on your mindset.

A morning mindfulness routine is a great way to make use of the magic of morning time.

Morning rituals help you focus on things that are important to you and can have a transformative effect on your life in several ways.  By incorporating activities like exercise, meditation, or goal-setting into your morning routine, you can set a positive tone for the day and accomplish more with increased productivity.

In the morning, our subconscious mind is easier to tap into due to several factors.

After a good night’s sleep, our minds are generally refreshed and less cluttered with the events and distractions of the day. This can make it easier to focus and concentrate on our thoughts. Additionally, during sleep, our subconscious mind has been processing and organizing information, which can lead to new insights and ideas upon waking up. This can make the morning a prime time for creative thinking and problem-solving. In the morning, our brain’s neurotransmitter levels, such as dopamine and serotonin, tend to be higher, which can enhance mental clarity and alertness. This can make it easier to access and engage with our conscious mind.

The magic of morning time is the best time to work on your mindset.

Resetting your mindset and having a positive, growth mindset rather than a fixed mindset is one of the keys to success and a happy life.

There are many practices that can help you work on your mindset–like journaling, meditation, visualization, affirmations, and tapping. The magic of the morning time is powerful for goal setting.

In the morning, you’re most in tune with your subconscious mind, which makes it a powerful time to reset and to work on your conscious mind. Because our minds are generally more clear and focused in the morning, morning is an ideal time for setting positive intentions, practicing mindfulness, or engaging in activities that promote wellness. Starting your day with a positive mindset can help set the tone for the rest of the day and help keep you on track with the thoughts and mindset you want to have. Morning routines that include mindfulness practices like meditation or journaling can help reduce stress and anxiety and promote mental clarity.

Especially if you aren’t already a morning person, establishing a consistent morning routine requires discipline and commitment.

By practicing self-discipline in the morning with a well-structured routine, you cultivate a sense of control and motivation that allows you to prioritize and allocate time for activities that are important to you. This habit can extend to other areas of your life, leading to personal growth and the ability to achieve long-term goals. Making progress toward your goals can lead to a more balanced and fulfilling life.

You’re most in tune with your subconscious mind right when you wake up. This is the time you can tap into your higher self and work on your conscious mind, getting it up to speed with your deepest desires.

An active way to make the morning the best time of day is to make time for movement. Starting your day off with movement is an energizing way to kickstart your day. Exercise allows you to start your day with a calm and centered mindset, helping you to be more productive and focused throughout the day. I like to switch it up, but some of my favorite morning movements are Pilates and running. Exercise will increase blood flow, and awaken your body. It can provide a natural energy boost that can carry you through the day. Movement helps move energy through the body so that you start the day on a positive note and in a clear, focused headspace. By exercising in the morning, you can set a positive tone for the day and better cope with any challenges or stress that may arise.

It will help set you on track for the week and give you different practices and ideas to set your morning up for success. Below are a few of my favorite morning rituals.

Visualization is a powerful practice that I find to be most powerful at the magic of morning time. Visualizing is imagining the images of your goals, desires, or positive outcomes. You can practice this by visualizing yourself achieving what you want or having your deepest desires.

The magic of morning time is an ideal time for affirmations.

Repeat positive statements or affirmations to yourself to reprogram your conscious mind with empowering beliefs. You can also work on positive self-talk. Pay attention to your thoughts and replace negative self-talk with positive and encouraging statements. You can even set mantras for yourself and write them in your journal, or set that as reminders to practice throughout the day.
